The provision of training and games programmes for aspiring footballers who wish to enjoy and develop their skills through participation in the world’s most popular sport.

The Triumph FC Academy is open to participants aged between 7 and 14. It is the first step in the development of TFC players. Extensive weekly contact time is provided and a development programme is put in place, exposing budding new footballing talent to a highly professional environment under the guidance of the region’s most advanced coaching standards and methods.
The programme is designed to develop players both individually and collectively, ensuring that each player is matched to a skill level that supports their continued development towards their goals within the TFC player pathway structure.
Players are regularly exposed to all Triumph FC coaches and specialists, as well as integration into TFC’s elite teams. This ensures constant exposure to the next level of TFC and proactive monitoring of a footballer’s development.
The Academy training programme is designed to provide, reiterate and progress the following subjects throughout the TFC season:
-Receiving – Shooting – Conditioned games
-Turning – Dribbling – Speed & conditioning
-Passing – Defending – Small sided conditioning games
-Heading – Attacking – Possession games
Players will receive continuous feedback and assessments, as well as the opportunity to participate in regular competitive matches.
All TFC players will be provided with up to three sessions per week, regular player evaluations, training kit, and a programme of regular competitive games.
